Meet the Author...

I developed this program after spending several years working with Western psychology and studying Eastern philosophy. I discovered how conscious energy works and the value of balancing conscious energy in body, mind, and spirit to achieve "Authentic Happiness" in life. I learned the value of consciousness in relationships and how overcoming ego-based fear is the key to a successful relationship. The first step is to develop a conscious relationship with our self. When we are authentically happy with our self, only then are we truly ready to experience the great adventures in life that a relationship has to offer.
