Your Path of Advanced Awareness to Individual Happiness Self-Guided Workshop

This self-guided workshop will help anyone, from adolescents to seniors, learn a simple yet highly effective new way of improving individual happiness in your life. There are three Sessions:

Session 1 – Creating Lasting Happiness Within Yourself
Participants learn how the positive (mental) energy of love and the negative (mental) energy of fear impacts happiness in your daily life. You will complete a personality test to discover how your personality is balanced. Carl Jung, the famous Swiss psychiatrist, suggested that a more balanced personality leads to a happier life.

Session 2 – Higher Consciousness
Participants learn to rise above your ego-based fears into Higher Consciousness to bring the positive energy of love into your life. The positive energy of love has the power to eliminate the negative energy of unhappiness in yourself and your important relationships.

Session 3 – Creating Lasting Happiness in Your Relationships
Participants learn how to measure compatibility in any of your relationships. Compatibility is an indication of happiness in a relationship. You will complete a Personality Compatibility Diagram with a selected person to discover compatibility in your relationship.

Participants can work through this self-guided individual happiness workshop on their own. Additionally, they can sign-up for the FREE 1½ hour interactive Zoom workshop led by Dr. Veeder South, author of this individual happiness workshop.
